Cooking Class: Beer & Hard Cider, Wednesday, October 19th

$ 90.63

Beer is used in cooking as well as consumed for all occasions while the brewing of beer is practiced in home-batches and in gigantic sophisticated brewery’s across the world. Another budding beverage, Hard cider made from 100% fresh-pressed apples is where Ironbound Hard Cider starts. The Fruit is sourced from NJ, NY and PA and highly selective. Then a former wine maker crafts the juice into one of many brews, some bright with ripe tart apples and others infused with the flavor of the season. Taste many of their and our favorites, as paired with a Three course dinner.
